OCEANDEEP is the direct operator of daily diving services. All land tours, hotels, and cruises are contracted through third parties, with OCEANDEEP acting solely as an intermediary for passengers booking those services.
OCEANDEEP is not liable for accidents, losses, damages, delays, inconveniences, or other irregularities caused by vehicle defects or any omissions, negligence, or carelessness on the part of third-party companies.
